Flydesks cost €120 a month with access during opening hours and fixdesks €170 a month with 24/7 access; day passes are €20 for a flydesk and €25 for a fixdesk, with 3- and 15-day packs from €50. Private offices range from Office 1 for two to four people to a studio for 14 to 16, plus an open office for 10 to 12 and workbenches for four to nine, all priced on request, and tailored team suites for up to 100 people can be fitted out. Two meeting rooms for 10 and 12 people cost €20 and €25 an hour, and an event space holds up to 40 people standing. Virtual office plans with a tax or mail address start at €35 a month. Entry is biometric, by fingerprint or app, and coworking prices are net of VAT.

I loved the Nkoowoork space! Modern, comfortable and very well-maintained environment. The view is simply perfect for working in peace and with inspiration every day. The service also makes all the difference and the team was super welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. The prices are quite competitive compared to other coworking spaces in the Lisbon area, offering excellent value for money. Without a doubt, a great place for those looking for productivity, comfort and a pleasant atmosphere to work or hold meetings.

Excellent coworking space! This coworking space is a perfect place to work productively. The atmosphere is professional and inspiring, with a modern and well-furnished interior.
