The floors are open on all four sides, with 360° panoramic views, offices that look out over Diagonal and, according to the operator, natural light across 95% of the workspace. The house offers customisable private offices with ergonomic furniture, tailor-made offices designed for teams of up to 300, and a coworking club zone with open-meeting booths, phone booths and the Ameba office canteen. Eight bookable meeting rooms for four to ten people cost €30 to €65 an hour, net of VAT, the Barcelona event room seats up to 40, and an office day pass costs €30 plus VAT. For office clients, electricity, water and air conditioning, fibre and Wi-Fi, cleaning and maintenance, furniture, printing and scanning, a projector and interactive screen, a phone line, reception and concierge, a booking app and 24/7 access are included. The building has parking, four lifts and 24-hour security, and the operator runs member events such as Healthy Monday and Sweet Friday.

The L'Illa Diagonal and El Corte Inglés de Maria Cristina shopping centres are right next door, so shops, restaurants and cafés of every kind are a few minutes' walk away. Maria Cristina station on metro line L3, which is also a stop on the Trambaix tram, is about five minutes away on foot, and the building has its own car park for those who drive.
