The HANS-Y Co-Working Space is the shared office on the ground floor of HANS-Y, an all-in serviced-apartment building with 650 apartments at Kelsenstraße 5 in Vienna's 3rd district, next to the house bistro and a sunny terrace. It is open to residents and outside workers alike. You work at new height-adjustable desks with ergonomic chairs, with fast Wi-Fi and LAN, a shared kitchenette, a coffee machine and tea, a black-and-white printer and scanner, air conditioning, a lounge, a phone booth, a bike room and the coworking area's own terrace and meeting room. Day and week flex desks need no booking: drop by between 8:00 and 14:00 on a weekday and pay €25 a day or €75 for five days. Monthly flex desks cost €250 and fixed desks with a rolling container and mailbox €350, both with the building's gym, outdoor pool and fitness court included and a one-month minimum. The meeting room for eight costs €25 an hour. All prices are plus 20% VAT, there is no deposit, an underground parking space or a locker can be added, and the space is open 24/7. Offices for two or three people are available on request.
