Flexyoffice is an owner-run business centre on An der Palmweide in Dortmund-Barop and, by its own account, the first business centre in Dortmund, offering its services for more than 25 years. It rents office units of 15 to 28 m², furnished or unfurnished, each with CAT-5 cabling, internet access and digital phone lines. All the running costs you know from a normal lease, from electricity, water, waste collection and heating to cleaning, maintenance and management, are included in the rent, and you share the full infrastructure of a business centre with copier, colour printer, fax and projector. If you mostly work from home and only need an office now and then to meet clients, the fully equipped project office can be rented by the hour or the day, alone or with colleagues. The conference room can be booked at short notice, even at weekends, with projector, flipchart, printers and catering on request. A virtual office gives you a business address with company sign, mail and parcel handling, a phone line answered in your company's name and use of the conference room. The small team also takes on secretarial and back-office work, and parking on site is free. Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00; prices on request.

Flexyoffice is on An der Palmweide in Barop, part of the Hombruch district in the south-west of Dortmund. The TU Dortmund campus is about 1.3 km away and Dortmund Universität S-Bahn station, served by the S1, roughly a kilometre, while the Schönaustraße bus stop is a couple of minutes on foot. Drivers reach the Dortmund-Barop junction on the Ruhrschnellweg in less than a kilometre, which makes the centre easy to get to from across the Ruhr area, and parking right at the building is free.
Flexyoffice Business Center does not publish prices: offices, the project office, the conference room and the virtual office are all quoted on request. All running costs, from electricity and heating to cleaning, are included in the office rent.
