The name comes from river deltas, and the open, modern layout of plants, black industrial accents, glass walls and slatted partitions creates separate areas for focused work, with large windows looking out over the neighbourhood. A fixed desk costs €420 a month with 24/7 access, a business address, a locker and five hours in the conference room; a flex desk for ten days a month costs €220, with access Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 18:00; and the membership at €80 a month gives you three days a month, with extra days at a reduced member rate. Day passes are available too, and you can book a free trial day. The conference room seats six to eight people, has a large 4K screen and power outlets built into the table, and costs €35 an hour, €125 for half a day or €240 for a full day. High-speed Wi-Fi, a print area, a coffee bar with a portafilter machine, a kitchen, lockers and community events such as themed evenings and presentations round off the space. All prices are net of VAT.

I've had a permanent workspace at delta since the beginning of the year. This workspace is beautifully furnished, and all the equipment is top quality (desks, chairs, etc.). It's a productive work environment with great interaction with other coworking members, including after-work Kölsch (beer) ;)
