Friendly staff. Easy booking. Fantastic view (Elbphilharmonie room). Modern facilities. Fair price. Monitors for presentations. Only one minor point of criticism: We inquired whether a presenter with a digital pointer was available for the monitors, and while we were assured it was, on-site it turned out to be just a regular presenter with a laser pointer. Since the laser pointer isn't visible on the monitors, we had to resort to using a pointer stick.

We used the telephone answering service for an extended period and were generally satisfied with the service. Due to an internal restructuring, we discontinued our entire telephone answering service and terminated the contract in due time. Unfortunately, the handling of the cancellation after the termination was disappointing: Despite demonstrably successful transmission of the cancellation notice by fax, it was not accepted because it was allegedly untraceable internally. Instead of a straightforward resolution, an unnecessary discussion ensued over formal details. Especially given the otherwise professional collaboration, we would have expected a different approach. It's a shame, because the service itself was good – but the handling of the cancellation was unprofessional. Recommendation to other companies: Document cancellations multiple times and in a verifiable manner.
