It sits in a late-19th-century modernist building on Rambla de Catalunya, restored with original details such as Nolla mosaic floors, high ceilings and Catalan vaults, and fitted out with a post-industrial loft look, premium design furniture, bright rooms and good acoustics; other architecture professionals work in the same building. The coworking area is reserved for its members and has 22 fixed desks at a single price of €250 a month plus VAT, which covers the desk, Wi-Fi, cleaning, a locker, hot and cold drinking water and capsule coffee, as well as the dining area, kitchenette, terrace, four video-call pods and an internal meeting room. AMBIT BCN HUB is on Rambla de Catalunya at the corner of Consell de Cent, on a recently pedestrianised stretch in the heart of the Eixample. Passeig de Gràcia station, with metro lines L2, L3 and L4 and Rodalies trains, is four to five minutes on foot, Catalunya and Universitat about seven, and Provença on the FGC lines about ten; several bus lines stop around the block, there is a Bicing station in front of the building and a public car park about 50 metres away. Passeig de Gràcia runs parallel one block away, with Casa Lleó Morera and the Museu del Modernisme Català two to three minutes' walk and the Fundació Antoni Tàpies about three.
