It rents fully furnished single and team offices from 14 m² up to a self-contained office floor, move-in ready, on flexible terms and without a broker's fee; the layout and number of desks are fitted to your team. Day offices can be booked by the hour or the day, and coworking desks in the shared office by the day, week or month. The conference and meeting rooms have a projector, whiteboard and flipchart, rent by the hour, half day or full day with catering on request, can be booked at short notice without being a tenant and are free for office tenants. Fibre internet, fully equipped kitchens and coffee and tea are included. The reception is staffed from 8:30 to 18:00 and welcomes your guests; phone answering in your company name, mail handling and secretarial services can be added. A virtual office gives you the business address with your company sign in the lobby.

By car, the A3, A5 and B43 are about 900 m away and Frankfurt's city centre is around 15 minutes. For a break, the Frankfurt City Forest and a two-hectare park with old trees are close by for a walk or a run.
