We booked the virtual office at GESOWORX Pankow to receive our business mail. Mail is received via a mailbox in the hallway of the residential building, next to which hangs a directory of all virtual office users. The GESOWORX team then distributes the incoming mail to the respective mailboxes once a week. Unfortunately, we had problems receiving mail from the very beginning. The very first letter was returned as undeliverable. Despite confirmation from the GESOWORX team that our company name was correctly listed in the directory, we repeatedly received returns marked "undeliverable." The friendly staff on site blamed the postal service entirely. The postal service, in turn, told me that the mail carriers might not be reading the user directory next to the mailbox carefully enough. Mail reception now works perfectly in our new virtual office. Reliable mail reception is our top priority for a virtual office, which is why we unfortunately cannot recommend the virtual office at GESOWORX Pankow.

Wir buchten das Virtual Office bei GESOWORX Pankow, um unsere geschäftliche Post hierüber zu empfangen. Der Postempfang erfolgt über einen Briefkasten im Hausflur des Wohngebäudes, neben dem ein Verzeichnis aller virtuellen Büronutzer hängt. Das GESOWORX Team verteilt die eingegangene Post dann einmal wöchentlich in die jeweiligen Postfächer. Leider hatten wir von Anfang an Schwierigkeiten mit dem Postempfang. Direkt der erste Brief wurde als unzustellbar zurückgesandt. Trotz Bestätigung des GESOWORX-Teams, dass unser Firmenname korrekt im Verzeichnis ausgewiesen war, kam es wiederholt zu Rücksendungen als "nicht zustellbar". Das freundliche Personal vor Ort sah die Schuld allein bei der Post. Die Post wiederum sagte mir, das Nutzerverzeichnis neben dem Briefkasten werde von den Zustellern möglicherweise nicht sorgfältig genug lesen. In unserem neuen virtuellen Büro funktioniert der Postempfang nun einwandfrei. Die Zuverlässigkeit des Postempfangs hat bei einem Virtual Office für uns oberste Priorität, weshalb wir für das Virtual Office bei GESOWORX Pankow leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen können.
