Amazing place for business meetings. The staff were the best part, so nice and caring They made everyone, especially our clients feel like they were taken care of. A great culture and nice atmosphere.

Having held multiple events at this venue I can say it always lives up to the high expectations and demanding requirements that we have. The acoustic in the meeting rooms is great and although microphones are available none are required. The breakout and socialising spaces are really welcoming with plenty of space to for bilateral conversations. The icing on the cake is the access to a private outside space for those summer evening events. If there is a more flexible venue in Munich I haven't found it yet.

Back at smartvillage for a second event and once again the location and Gerd and the team were superb hosts. What makes smartvillage better and different to other venues. Firstly the interesting configuration with generously sized rooma and different networking spaces really fills an event with energy. Secondly the team are so determined to make sure their guests have the best possible experience. That means great support with the tech and setup, but also helping out in other ways to make events run as smoothly and professionally as possible. I’m looking forward to returning for another event soon.

I've been organizing corporate events all over Europe for the past 8 years, and Smartvillage Bogenhausen is definitely one of the best venues I've seen. The staff is super friendly, professional and really supportive. High tech equipments included. The food is seriously amazing! The vibe is spot on, with a cool European world tour theme that makes each meeting room unique. Plus, there are fantastic pieces of art from European artists all over the place. You can totally enjoy this place with your eyes closed. Our hundreds of attendees were thrilled with their experience, which was a refreshing change from the usual conference hotel scene!
