Great place for work. Friendly staff and great working atmosphere. Easy to access from Ostbanhof station and place is very modern. I really enjoyed it.

Hi Spaces Team! 14/02/2024 - Update to my brevious comments: Please adjust the music to the preferences and needs of a co-working space where people want to WORK not party. It would be better to play some lounge music instead of rap or hiphop all day. Thank you. I have been working here now for more than a year coming 2-3 a week. Overall my experience is very positive. The place is modern and has a great vibe. Especially the stuff ist just amazing. They are really open to feedback and actually act on it (like ordering silent phone booths, or extending the access after 5pm). They even organize afterwork events. This makes really a difference to me and I love coming back. The only point to improve is that the place is quite loud and it dificult to find space for focus work. In the "slient room" many people just ignore the "no calls" policy or have loud conversation. And even if the people behave you can still hear everything which happens in the coffee area are quite loud (coffee machine noise, lunches, etc) - as the area is not really closed. If you close your eyes you could think your are working in a very busy starbucks. There is just a wooden wall inbetween which doesnt even reach the ceiling. Is there any way to fix it and close this wall, so the room keeps quiet ? It would improve the quality of the center significantly. The same situation exist with the two phone cambers. As they are not closed to the ceiling you can hear very loud the person in the other rooms it talking. Improve these two things and the center is definitively 5 stars!

Spaces is conveniently located directly behind Munich's Ostbahnhof station, and can also be reached within a few minutes by S-Bahn from the main station. The facilities correspond to the Spaces standard, well-equipped co-working areas with separate work islands, telephone booths and a coffee area. Good and friendly service. At the time of my visit, some offices were not fully furnished as the location had just opened.
