Great co-working space right in the heart of Paris. The team is incredibly welcoming and the environment is perfect for working. Bring earplugs or headphones as it can be noisy, as is typical in any co-working space.

I came earlier this week with a friend for a trial day at the Mitwit Victoire coworking space, with the intention of subscribing. We were hesitating between the 10-day-a-month option and the €199/month subscription which offers unlimited access to the various Mitwit spaces. Overall, our experience was rather mixed. On the positive side, the premises are brand new, quite attractive, and well laid out. The rooftop is also very nice, and it was very quiet when we were there, which was pleasant. However, it's worth noting that the elevator was out of order that day, so it was a six-flight walk to reach the rooftop! The kitchen area is well-equipped, including a refrigerator and microwave. We were also offered a coffee, and it's possible to buy more there for around €1.50. There are also three phone booths available to coworkers, which is very convenient for making calls or participating in Teams meetings. However, these are clearly the only three booths accessible with these membership options, with no possibility of using those located on the other floors. They can therefore likely fill up quickly when the coworking space is busier. Regarding the coworking space itself, I'm referring to the area accessible to people who come to work for the day or who subscribe to flexible coworking packages, such as the 10-day monthly pass or the unlimited pass (excluding dedicated workspaces). This space essentially consists of two large tables located on the ground floor, in the common area, between the reception and the kitchen. While the space is certainly new and well laid out, it remains rather small and not particularly bright. Most importantly, at lunchtime, this space naturally becomes a place for employees of the companies located there and other coworkers to eat and socialize. We had initially planned to work there all day, but we ultimately decided to leave at lunchtime and continue our day elsewhere, as the atmosphere of the space was more suited to a lunch break than to work requiring a bit of quiet. However, the most disappointing aspect for me was the reception. I had spoken with the team the day before and clearly explained that we were there for a trial day, specifically because we were considering a membership. When I arrived, my friend was already seated. I went to reception, where there were three people. They simply pointed me in the right direction, and that was it. At no point did anyone offer to give me a tour of the premises, explain how the space worked, present the different membership options, or even simply tell me not to hesitate to ask if I had any questions. No one came to see us during the morning to ask how our trial was going or to get our feedback. This is really what I regretted the most. When someone comes specifically to test a space before potentially subscribing, I naturally expect a minimum of support and a slightly warmer welcome. For me, friendliness and a welcoming atmosphere are integral to the coworking experience, just as important as the facilities themselves. In conclusion, a mixed experience. The value for money of the memberships remains attractive, especially with the possibility of accessing several Mitwit spaces. But having co-worked for six years at WeWork, I inevitably notice a difference in terms of the coworking experience, services, and especially the welcome.
