The streets around Avenida del Puerto are lined with traditional local shops, bakeries and family-run bars, and the leafy Ayora Garden is a short stroll away for a midday break. Cafes such as Mister Café and Portobello are a minute from the door, with restaurants like Cervecería Los Leones equally close for lunch. Getting here is simple: Ayora metro (lines 5 and 7) and Amistat-Casa de Salut are both around 6-7 minutes on foot, and EMT buses run along Avenida del Puerto. Best of all, Valencia's Malvarrosa and Cabanyal beaches are only a 10-minute bike ride away, so the workday can end with sand underfoot.

If you're looking for a coworking space, you have to try Wortex. You can tell from the moment you walk in that they haven't cut corners: the quality of the materials and furniture is top-notch, and everything is incredibly comfortable for spending hours working. The atmosphere is fantastic; it has a very professional vibe but is also very comfortable, perfect for concentrating and performing at your best. It's equipped with everything you need. They have Vox-style booths, which are great for making calls or video conferences with complete privacy and without disturbing others. Plus, the break area is fantastic: they have excellent coffee and everything you need to unwind for a while. A 5-star space—it's absolutely worth it!
