werkhain ist ein brandneuer Coworking-Space (eröffnet 2025) über fünf Etagen mitten in Friedrichshain an der Frankfurter Allee. Das Konzept verzichtet auf verstaubte Büroatmosphäre zugunsten einer kuratierten Community und einer geschmackvollen Umgebung, inspiriert vom Berliner Nachtleben. Über alle Etagen verteilt: Flex- und Fixdesks, Einzelbüros und Meetingpods. Jeder Platz hat einen höhenverstellbaren Tisch und ergonomischen Stuhl. Equipment wie Tastatur, Maus und Monitor ist ausleihbar. Die großzügige Communityküche mit Terrasse und Jura-Kaffeemaschine runden das Angebot ab.

werkhain liegt direkt an der Frankfurter Allee, unmittelbar neben der S-Bahn-Station Frankfurter Allee. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants und Take-Away-Möglichkeiten. Der lebhafte Friedrichshainer Kiez mit dem Volkspark Friedrichshain bildet eine inspirierende Arbeitskulisse.
