Velt Studio ist ein kreativer Coworking Space mit Mietstudio in einem alten Fabrikgebäude, verteilt auf 500 m² und aufgeteilt in verschiedene Räume: Die Nordseite ist für konzentriertes Arbeiten ausgelegt, die Südseite für ein lebendiges Miteinander. Der Space versteht sich als Community von Kreativen aller Art – Fashionlabels, Designer:innen, Programmierer:innen und mehr – und als LGBTQIA+ Safe Space. Du wählst einen Flex Desk oder einen eigenen festen Schreibtisch ab einem Monat Mindestlaufzeit, mit Zugang rund um die Uhr an 365 Tagen über deinen eigenen Schlüssel. Inklusive sind eine unbegrenzte Kaffee-Flatrate, kostenlose Callboxen, ein Meetingraum, Drucker und Scanner, schnelles WLAN und LAN im ganzen Studio, eine Shared Kitchen mit Snackautomat, Post- und Paketannahme und ein urbaner Innenhof zum Sonnetanken. Mitglieder können außerdem die Textilwerkstatt nutzen und das 75 m² große Fotostudio mit 6,5 m langer Hohlkehle zum internen Preis buchen. Es gibt kleine Events und optional jeden Tag ein gemeinsames Mittagessen. Velt Studio liegt in der Urbanstraße in Kreuzberg, in einem alten Fabrikgebäude hinter dem Kaufhaus am Hermannplatz, genau dort, wo Kreuzberg auf Neukölln trifft. Die Gegend ist belebt und gemischt, mit Bäckereien, Cafés, Streetfood und Läden in alle Richtungen; das Brick Time Café ist etwa drei Minuten entfernt. Die Anfahrt ist einfach: Die U-Bahn Hermannplatz erreichst du in rund vier Minuten zu Fuß, ein Bus hält fast vor der Tür. Für größere Besorgungen sind die Neukölln Arcaden etwa 16 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. So findest du das Studio: Eingang Urbanstraße 71, linker Aufgang durch den 1. und 3. Hof.
Im Velt Studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg kostet ein Flex Desk mit 24/7-Zugang 199 € im Monat und ein fester Schreibtisch 269–289 €, jeweils inkl. MwSt. Acht Tage im Monat kosten 159 €, ein Virtual Office gibt es ab 55 €.

I have been a flex-desker at Velt for ~3months (~2days/week) and it has been a great experience. Lots of natural light and plants, friendly coworkers (host of creatives/designer-types but also a nice mix of other professions) and quite a few of us queers :-D pretty even mix of English and German, and the right level of background noise (for me/in the open area). Joining the lunch crew has been lovely ! All in all a great experience :-)

Best cowork space I’ve been to by far! it’s a really nice community, open well lit spaces, social and collaborative, but also a great place to focus to get work done. Viktor, Patrick and Steffan are top hosts, always on hand to help and they’re legends. Can’t recommend it enough 🙏🏻

Very cute, heartwarming and family-vibe studio. It‘s queer friendly, they have daily lunch and all the tools/space you need. I don‘t even want to compare it to a co-working space, because they really manage to create an open-minded space where people talk, interact, support and have a good time together, which seems to a challenge in the co-working world. The two organizers are also super nice and cute

This coworking space is great! Compared to many others that come off as pretty corporate, this one has a friendly vibe—as if a group of friends came together to create a welcoming space for work. It has everything you might need, and even when it's super busy, the rooms feel spacious and airy. The warm atmosphere makes it a pleasure to work here. For me, the central location is also huge plus. Highly recommended for those who appreciate a cozy, community-oriented workspace--even for those who are not very social.
