Rivvers Coworking Mannheim: Moderner Workspace Hub

We've spent three days in the meeting rooms at Rivvers in Mannheim so far – everything was excellent, from the accessibility and the facilities to the catering (drinks included in the price) and the support. A special thank you to the space manager, Dilan! One small suggestion for improvement: Power outlets right at the tables in the Tommy Lee room would be great – otherwise, everything was wonderful :)

The Open Coworking Days at Rivvers are a real game-changer. Super uncomplicated, flexible, and perfect when you want to get out and work. Another big plus: coffee, drinks, and fresh fruit. A big shout-out to the two angels at reception. Dilan and Shania are always in a good mood, helpful, and create a relaxed atmosphere.

Rivvers Mannheim has a really pleasant atmosphere. You immediately feel at ease and work more productively. I especially appreciate the interaction with the people there – it's always interesting and relaxed. Dilan and Shania bring a great energy to the place; they're open, motivating, and make the experience even more enjoyable.

This the worst co-working space for daily personal use. I used it a couple of times and I didn't really have a great experience. I won't recommend.

I booked this office space because it advertises opening hours starting at 8:00 a.m., and I had a lot of work to complete, so I arrived exactly at that time to start my day productively. The entry process was smooth — the instructions were clear, the app installation was easy, and the door access worked perfectly. The office itself is clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with what is actually included in the workspace. Essentially, it’s just a table, chair, internet, and coffee. From my previous experiences with other coworking spaces, I expected basic office equipment like monitors, cables, and chargers to be available. Because of that expectation, I didn’t bring extra equipment. Unfortunately, when my laptop battery died, I realized none of these things were available. Since reception only arrives at 9:00 a.m., I ended up losing about an hour of productive time. Considering the price, I personally find it too expensive for what is essentially just a desk and internet — something that could easily be done in a café. Overall, while the space is clean and the entry system works well, the lack of basic office equipment and the price make it not worth it for me, and I personally would not come here again.
