Really cool CoWorking space right next to the port! There are different kinds of eateries close as well.

The coworkers are all really nice and up for joint coffee breaks and lunch. The location feels startupy/industrial which, personally, I really like! The best add-ons regarding the location though are

closeness to the city center & main train station (and my gym is perfectly on the way to the office 😁)
height adjustable tables
and a cooling system (which is needed on the hot summer days)

Also, our space manager, Sophia, is amazing. She provides monthly community brunches and is always up for a chat :)

Dock3 is a great location in the C-Hub creative industries center to work! The people behind Dock3 are great landlords, you immediately feel in good hands and part of the family. They pay attention to who is new to coworking and have furnished the rooms very stylishly and tastefully. I met some very interesting business contacts there. A very humane and fair treatment is maintained, which is also passed on to the coworkers. I've been at the dock since 2015 and really enjoy working there. Keep it up!

Great coworking space - super-fast internet, incredibly great location, excellent infrastructure (tables, chairs, printers, ...) and endless great coffee (including oat milk, almond milk, ...). The operators literally read your wishes from your lips and do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. For me there is no better place to work within a radius of +150km. I can only recommend it to everyone!
