We were here for 18 months and can highly recommend the space. Very bright, beautiful offices and top-notch equipment. We especially appreciated that the meeting rooms were included in the price and didn't cost extra. We were very satisfied!

Our company, emagine GmbH, rented several office spaces for a year. The atmosphere was good. The offices were superbly equipped and bright, with height-adjustable desks and modern chairs. A modern, clean kitchen with drinks and a coffee machine was available, as well as meeting rooms. Public transport connections and the infrastructure were excellent.

Nutrion offers high-quality offices with height-adjustable desks and premium chairs. Meeting rooms are plentiful and can be booked online free of charge for tenants; they are usually readily available. Coffee, tea, water, and Wi-Fi are included. Unfortunately, the location has other drawbacks that led me to terminate my lease after a short time: There is no reception desk, and therefore NO reliable way to send documents, letters, or packages to the office. They rely on a "special tenant"—a well-known alternative taxi service provider. This company opens the doors... unfortunately, only starting late morning... but then very frequently, resulting in so many visitors that you never know who you might encounter in the office, in the hallway, or in the kitchen, which raises serious security concerns. So it was no surprise that packages got lost or urgent documents sent via DHL or UPS repeatedly arrived late. One day, an office chair simply disappeared from our office. What was particularly interesting was when the cleaning service left the office unlocked, which meant my company couldn't leave anything important there. This so-called "receptionist replacement tenant" is supposedly moving out soon, but how they plan to ensure anything can actually be handed over remains a mystery. Additionally, it's worth noting which rooms you rent—especially on the first floor, where you can't really open the windows, and the air quality is often so poor you could cut it with a knife. This is despite management's touted multiple air circulation systems. Management doesn't really address complaints in this regard, and woe betide you if you want to terminate the contract; you'll quickly discover a different side of the landlord, and things will become unpleasantly petty. So, if you don't care about security, receive few customer visits (ringing the doorbell usually leads nowhere unless you lie in wait), receive little mail/packages, and otherwise have no requirements for the usual things in a shared office center, then this is the place for you.

I worked for this company but at the end they didn't want to pay me, although I did a great job for the client. Had to go through court to get my money. Beware of these impostors!

My husband has paid 900 euro deposit for a small working desk. He only rent it for six months, then he terminated the contract in November 2014. But the company only returned 139.25 euro after 6 months (June 2015). My husband has called the CEO Thomas many times and then our lawyer also wrote to the CEO, but Thomas didn't respond at all. I don't know how he treats the other people, but maybe my husband is a foreigner so the CEO thought it is easy to take advantages from my husband. Our lawyer is still writing to him so we hope we can get money back in 2016. Please be aware if you want to have any contract with Nutrion GmbH. You might suffer the same situation.
