ExpresHub sits in Camins al Grau, a residential and increasingly business-oriented district in eastern Valencia between the historic centre and the seafront at Cabanyal. Marítim - Serrería metro (lines 5 and 7) is around three minutes on foot, which puts the city centre at roughly 15 minutes by tram and Valencia Cabanyal commuter rail at about eight minutes for trips out to the coast or to El Saler. The streets immediately around Carrer de l'Alcalde Cano Coloma are calm and walkable, with everyday cafes and bakeries inside a couple of blocks and a Thursday street market nearby. The Cabanyal neighbourhood and the Malvarrosa beach are roughly fifteen minutes by bike, useful if you want to combine a workday with a sea swim or an early run. The wider district has been gradually filling in with restaurants, gyms and independent shops, so it works well as a base for visiting freelancers and remote workers as well as for locally based teams.

Great coworking space! I came here from Poland for my Erasmus internship (I'm a 4th-year IT student) and ExpresHub has been an amazing place to work and study. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is calm and professional, and the internet is super fast. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect coworking spot in Valencia!

I really enjoy working at ExpresHub. It's a very comfortable place to work all day. The workstations are well designed and convenient, the atmosphere is great, there's coffee, a kitchen, and unlimited phone booths for calls. The internet is excellent and stable, and there's convenient parking for bicycles. Everything works smoothly, and the staff are friendly. The space is not very big, but you can feel it's thoughtfully planned and made with care.

Cossy, very comfy place to work, the prices are great as well, definitely gonna recommend this place. The personal is also very pleasent. The place is very silent and wide, all facilities are there so no need to leave the coworking as well. My point is 10/10
