Over the years, the service has deteriorated significantly. The receptionist constantly reprimands guests for something or other. I find this unacceptable. Given the high rent, one would at least expect polite service. Especially since the receptionist has to force a "good morning" every single time. We are very dissatisfied and would not recommend it. There are much better options. The coffee is also very bad.
