Pleasant workplace, excellent cafe, suitable for meetings, entertaining. Everyone from each firm is invited to a modest Halloween party downstairs recently, where they may relax, have fun, and chat. Great spot, perfect for expanding businesses that can link up with other companies. Fantastic spot to network and launch a company.

Did a shoemaking course in the building, at ‘I can make shoes’. Great workspace, good clean facilities, good cafe, reasonably priced. Downstairs open space has plenty of tables and chairs and desks with phone/electrical outlets to charge up devices. The upstairs workspaces are brightly lit with natural sunlight. Clean and fresh. A wonderful place for creativity.

Such a great co-working and office space. High ceilings, lots of light and a gym in the basement too. Oh, and did I mention the awesome restaurant on site? Perfect for team lunches, business meetings and the morning cuppa.

Nice building with 7 floors of offices. Ground floor has a cafe which makes food, snacks, pastries and coffee. Nice seating area too. Has outside seating space for those summery days

DO NOT WORK HERE. Absolutely horrible building management. Impossible to get anything done by them. The lifts have not been working properly for 3 months now. - Not getting fixed or getting fixed for half a day then the same problem again. The post room facility is an absolute mess - no one can ever find their post, it ends up getting lost and the management do not want to sort it. THERE ARE NO FLOORS at the majority of this building (not the front obviously, but the offices and office corridors). On our floor there is lino on 10% of the corridor, the rest is bare concrete floor that is stained and impossible to clean. Looks appalling! When asked whether they are planning to put floor in they smiled rudely and said "that is the floor". The way they fix things is ridiculous... Had a broken handle to one of the doors, it was "fixed" with tape... Sure enough a few weeks later it broke again and injured the person majorly, so much so she cannot use the stairs now for a while and the lifts are broken obviously.... Basically no access to wheelchair users for example. And how do people climb up all the way to floor 5 or 7 is beyond me. All they are good at is rising prices on fobs that you need to get a round the building..... If I'd know, would have never chosen to move here. Would not recommend to my enemy.
