Brickfields sits in creative Hoxton, Hackney (E2), right on the border with Shoreditch — one of London's most energising districts for tech, design, and independent culture. The streets around Cremer Street are lined with independent cafés, artist-run galleries, and production studios, giving the area a character that generic business parks simply can't replicate. For transit, Shoreditch High Street Overground and Hoxton Overground are both a short walk from the building, connecting you quickly to Liverpool Street, Highbury & Islington, and beyond. Old Street is also close by for Northern and Elizabeth line access across the city. If you're cycling in, there are on-site cycle racks; drivers benefit from on-site car parking — a rare advantage this close to the City. The neighbourhood's density of creative independents makes after-work drinks, client lunches, and gallery visits effortlessly easy.

Review summary
Reviewers describe Workspace Brickfields as a clean, comfortable building with pleasant office and meeting spaces. The on-site café, GAFF, draws particular praise for its excellent, strong coffee served with care — described by one reviewer as a highlight worth returning for on its own — alongside a small selection of cakes. Some reviewers note the café downstairs carries a higher price point. One reviewer raises a concern about background music in the space making it difficult to focus during calls and laptop work.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Coffee & food, and Cleanliness.

Why do these type of places insist on putting this brain numbing music? Everyone knows this place is very likely to be used by people who are there to work on their laptops when they're having a tea/coffee, and sometimes pick up a call or two....
