As a freelancer, I wouldn't recommend it. There's no freelance atmosphere, just companies, and the organizers make no effort to help you network. Plus, it's expensive for what the flex desk offers: the tables and chairs aren't ergonomic, whether in the lobby or the cafeteria area.
