WeWork 30 Churchill Place occupies twelve floors of a 20-storey steel-and-glass tower two minutes from Canary Wharf station, with floor-to-ceiling views over the dock. The split is deliberate: the 10th floor is a quiet dedicated-desk floor for heads-down work, while the 5th floor lounge runs a barista and beer taps for the social side. The crowd here is corporate-leaning - enterprise satellite teams, agencies, and small finance-adjacent startups - so the dress code is closer to business than smart-casual. The building is dog-friendly and has bike storage, a wellness room, and a parent room on-site. Day passes start around £45, and an All Access Plus membership from £289/month opens 450+ buildings worldwide. Tours are bookable on demand.
This workspace is easy to reach via a variety of public transport connections.
Work in a vibrant and energizing environment, filled with natural light to boost your mood and productivity.
Lots of networking events are taking place at this workspace.
30 Churchill Place, E14 5RE, London, UK
Canary Wharf is London's modern financial district - HSBC, Barclays, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and the European Medical Agency's old home are all within a few minutes' walk of 30 Churchill Place. The dockside Cabot Square and Canada Square gardens make the area noticeably greener than the City of London, and the underground shopping centres connect the towers without ever stepping outside. For lunch, Coppa Club at Tower Bridge is a 15-minute Jubilee ride; closer in, Roka Canary Wharf, Iberica, and the Kerb street-food stalls at the West India Quay cover most needs. Canary Wharf station gives you the Jubilee line and the Elizabeth line (Liverpool Street in 6 minutes, Bond Street in 14, Heathrow in around 40); West India Quay DLR is a five-minute walk if you need Bank, Stratford, or Lewisham.
Enter through the main lobby at 30 Churchill Place, a roughly two-minute walk from Canary Wharf station (Jubilee line and Elizabeth line) — exit toward Cabot Square and head east. Reception sits past the turnstiles on the ground floor; check in with the WeWork community team and they will issue your day-pass band or escort you up. Bike storage is on-site; there is no public car parking at the building, so taxis or ride-share usually pull up on the Churchill Place side.
Day passes at WeWork 30 Churchill Place start at around £45 and give you a hot desk for one working day, plus access to the 5th-floor lounge, the wellness room, and meeting-room booking credits. Book through One Coworking or the WeWork On Demand app and check in at reception with photo ID.
Review summary
Members value the spacious, bright floorplates and the Canary Wharf location — just a two-minute walk from the Jubilee line — along with amenities such as a morning barista, beer taps from the afternoon, and private booths for calls. Long-tenured members describe a professional, well-maintained environment with attentive overall staff and good security. Recurring criticisms include insufficient monitors, long coffee queues during peak hours, limited quiet zones, inconsistent staff helpfulness, and price increases that some members feel have reduced the value of All Access membership.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Light & space, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

There's a large «hot desking» area on the 10th floor with proper comfortable office chairs and desks (rather than kitchen stools and coffee tables). Literally a 2-minute walk from the Jubilee line exit — quick and easy to enter, no faff with the staff encountered. Clean and well-maintained.

My wife works in the building and left her phone in the car when I dropped her off. I popped in to leave her phone at reception, but the man in glasses who was on the desk at 7:53am on 13 May 2026 didn’t wanna take it cos his shift was ending soon. Tried getting him to take it and hand it over to whoever was taking over, but he wouldn’t do it. Had to wait until 8am, when the lady who took over asked for my wife’s name, found her details on the system and took the phone. Took all of 30 seconds. The first guy was still hanging around at this point, so a bit baffling as to why he couldn’t have taken it. Only reason I can think of is sheer laziness.
