The standout asset is a restored 1911 chapel with hand-painted murals - now an event space that seats up to 80 - and a lower-ground speakeasy-style lounge for after-hours member sessions. The 131,518 sq ft footprint draws a mix of small teams, scaling startups, agencies, and enterprise satellites in media, law, and finance, with a buzzy, conversational atmosphere. The building is dog-friendly and includes a barista, wellness room, parents' room, and showers; there's no on-site bike storage or car park, but bike racks line Kingsway. Holborn sits between the City and the West End, with Lincoln's Inn Fields - the largest public square in London - three minutes east of 125 Kingsway. The Sir John Soane's Museum is on the same square; the British Museum is a 12-minute walk north. For coffee, Department of Coffee on High Holborn and Notes on Wellington Street are nearby. Lunch options run from quick (Pret, Itsu) to long: Holborn Dining Room, Hawksmoor Aldwych, and Roka. Holborn Underground (Central, Piccadilly) is a one-minute walk straight across Kingsway, and Tottenham Court Road (Elizabeth line, plus Central and Northern) is eight minutes west - useful for fast trips to Liverpool Street, Bond Street, and Heathrow. The neighbourhood works office hours hard but stays alive into the evening thanks to nearby theatreland.
Enter through the main reception on Kingsway, opposite Holborn tube station. The Community team will check you in at the front desk, confirm your booking and direct you to the right floor — visitor passes are issued for meetings and tours. Staffed hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00; members with private offices have extended after-hours access via keycard. Holborn Underground (Central, Piccadilly) is a one-minute walk; Tottenham Court Road (Elizabeth line) is about eight minutes on foot. There is no on-site car park or bike storage, but bike racks line Kingsway and showers are available inside.

First time using a WeWork and it was an incredibly expensive mistake. We were away from our HQ and had a major pitch meeting scheduled, so booked a conference room for 3 hours at the Holborn site. It was approx. £500(!). We selected one with video conferencing and researched how this worked in advance on their website to make sure we had compatible equipment etc. and came 30 mins before our meeting start, fully prepared. When we arrived at our room (sent up by ourselves, nobody showed us to it), there were no instructions available, so we had to look these up online and followed them to connect. The conference bar connected for sound only, the camera simply didn't work at all. We called for someone to come and help us 20 mins before the meeting start. They didn't come until half an hour later, 10 mins into our meeting, by which point we had been forced to abandon the video conference and huddle around a laptop like absolute amateurs.

This is the busiest WeWork I've been to. Both floors were busy and loud. They do have private booths but they were equally as busy. There's a small area upstairs as a quiet area but it's also a way through between the lift and main room meaning it doesn't stay quiet for long. The outside of the building is incredible!

Nice enough inside, but wework really needs to sort it's access control out. If you book a meeting and other guests have a card you should be able to add them so they can get access and not just the room booking person. Got trapped on the 5th floor after entering as a guest, then had to go back and ferry other participants one by one. Can they not issue each visitor a card or temporary access? Not specific to this site, we have this issue at all weworks.

Old church that has been refurbished to create a coworking space. It's beautiful and well located. The community team goes above and beyond to organise activities like film screens to keep people entertained and connected. The installations offer free coffee and tea. The only downside is that sometimes it's full and it's difficult to book meeting rooms. Some offices are really small.

Our company has just moved here and it's really a step up from what we had before. The service is great, it's always clean and they often come up with fun activities in the house. There are plenty of places to pick from if you want to work away from your ordinary desk — why not work in a phone booth for a while?
