Fantastic workspace! After a year here, I'm now a self-employed "Working Pass" holder and I can say I'm very happy and satisfied with my decision to work here. The work environment is respectful and very comfortable. The staff's attention and service are top-notch. Eva and Karla at reception are fantastic and very helpful. They're always on top of things. Highly recommended :)

This coworking space is super nice; all the spaces are modern, aesthetically pleasing, and always spotless. The offices are also very well designed for comfortable work. The receptionists, Eva and Karla, are very friendly, capable, and efficient. As Dynapac, we've had an office at Utopicus Francisco Silvela for two years now, and we're really happy with it. The space is modern, very well maintained, and always clean. The common areas are comfortable, and the coffee is a great bonus. We especially want to highlight the reception team, who are fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Moreover, the atmosphere with the other colleagues is very positive and professional. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place.
