Multiple billing issues during our stay — deposits charged repeatedly, slow refunds, and surprise restoration fees on exit. Service from corporate was hard to reach. Front-of-house staff were responsive but hands seemed tied by central policy.

Found the kitchen poorly stocked during my visit and the offices needed a deeper clean. Staff were not as engaged as I expected for the price point. Worth touring before committing.

Our company has been a bit nomadic trying to find the ideal spot in the city to cater to our needs and I am now confident saying that it is here at 25 City Road. The level of care that we've received is second to none. A special mention for Ben, he is a gentleman and a credit to the company. We're looking forward to putting down roots here.

Office sizing felt tight versus what was advertised — the four-person room we toured looked closer to two desks. Premium pricing for the area. Recommend visiting in person and measuring before signing.
