The centre is designed to serve entrepreneurs, freelancers, and growing teams with fully equipped private offices, dedicated desks, and flexible coworking areas. Practical amenities include meeting rooms bookable by the hour or day, a cafeteria, a lounge area, and a restaurant on site — covering everything from a quick espresso to a team lunch without leaving the building. Review summary
Across 56 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Réaumur emerges as a centrally located Parisian workspace where the setting makes a strong first impression but operational realities temper the experience over time. Members consistently praise the atmosphere, describing it as "motivating to work in" thanks to considered decor that lends the space genuine character. The location draws repeated appreciation as well, with reviewers noting it sits in one of the best-positioned addresses in the city — a genuine draw for those meeting clients or commuting across Paris. Where the space distinguishes itself further is in its private phone booths and calling rooms, which members find genuinely useful for focused conversations, and in the building's architectural appeal, with high ceilings and beautiful windows mentioned approvingly. For those whose work revolves around presence and atmosphere, these qualities carry real weight. That said, reviewers raise a number of persistent concerns that prospective members should weigh carefully. Staff and service interactions generate the most mixed feedback of any aspect, with a notable share of members describing unhelpful or unprofessional experiences despite some praising the team warmly. Food and drink quality is a recurring disappointment, with coffee singled out specifically. Equipment reliability is questioned — including a lift and entry door reported as broken for an extended period — and meeting rooms are described as outdated and poorly equipped for presentations. Cleanliness, particularly in shared facilities, and noise management are also flagged by several reviewers as falling short of expectations.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Location, and Phone booths. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

The center has the weight of its age, that's true, but the team is top-notch, and always tries to find solutions.

I have been working at the spaces' 4th floor for the past 2 years, and the service is just awful. If you could put 0 starts I really would. We were stolen twice (so on two instances an unknown person who had access to our office), 0 protection, no access to cameras, 0 level of responsability from spaces The toilets are dirty toilets, the soil is dirty (the cleaner clearly does not do it's job) When something is broken it takes months to fix (a light bubble) Nothing changes when we ask. Only nice thing is the front desk people
