2 Lakeside Drive,First Central 200, 6th Floor, Park Royal, NW10 7FQ, London, UK
Park Royal is London's largest business and industrial park, covering roughly 500 acres in the NW10 corridor between Acton, Ealing, and Harlesden. First Central 200 sits within a landscaped business campus setting — noticeably less congested than central London coworking zones, with green surroundings that set it apart from the dense street-level offices typical of the West End or City. Day-to-day convenience is well covered nearby: a Costa Coffee, an Asda Superstore, and a Park Royal Medical Centre are all within walking distance of the building. For commuters, the surrounding road network connects quickly to the A40 and North Circular, making the location practical for car-based workers from West and North West London as well as from outer Middlesex. Bus routes serve the immediate area; Hanger Lane and North Acton Underground stations (Central line) are the nearest tube options for those travelling without a car.
Spaces Park Royal offers flexible coworking desks, private offices, and bookable meeting rooms on the 6th floor of First Central 200, 2 Lakeside Drive. The space also includes a lounge area, disabled-friendly equipment, and attentive on-site staff available to assist with queries and guest reception.
Review summary
Across 42 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Park Royal comes across as a well-run, professionally staffed coworking environment in a conveniently positioned corner of west London. Members point to the team as the space's single greatest asset — with 17 reviewers praising staff as friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful — and the overall atmosphere draws consistent warmth, described variously as welcoming and conducive to focused work. The sense of community that builds among members is also noted, with one reviewer calling it "amazing," suggesting the floor plan and programming encourage more interaction than a typical drop-in setup. Location lands as a quiet but reliable positive, with members finding the Park Royal address accessible and practical for commuting. Equipment is rated as adequate by most, and the internet connection is generally considered functional, if unremarkable. Where the reviews shift is in a cluster of operational concerns that surface often enough to be worth noting. Cleanliness draws the most criticism of any single aspect, with several members flagging standards as inconsistent. The coffee machine being frequently out of order is a specific recurring frustration. Lighting in the private rooms is called out as uncomfortable by at least one reviewer, and a handful of members flag occasional issues with access. Staff reception of feedback appears mixed, with a small number of reviewers feeling their concerns were not fully addressed. These gaps stand alongside an otherwise broadly positive picture of a sociable, professionally managed workspace.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Community. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

This place has disgusting toilets. The building manager doesn’t care. He’s been told so many times about the disgusting sewage smell on 6th floor coming from the female toilets but he doesn’t care. Do not rent an office in this place unless you like the smell of sewage. Forced to write this review as he’s a rude person who doesn’t care.
