Spaces Oxford Street sits inside Mappin House, two minutes from Oxford Circus station and four Underground lines. The building runs as a multi-floor coworking space with private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, and on-demand meeting rooms under one roof. Members get 24/7 keycard access, and the on-site community team is consistently called out in Google reviews for fast, friendly support. The first-floor barista café handles coffee, lunch and informal meetings without leaving the building. The atmosphere is focused and professional with a smart-casual dress code — most members are remote employees, small teams, enterprise satellites, and creative agencies. Natural light is adequate across the floors and noise stays at a conversational level. With 3.9 stars from 60 Google reviews, this is a productive West End base for teams that want central London transport links without the buzz of an open-plan startup hub.

Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street, W1W 8HF, London, UK
Mappin House sits on the corner of Oxford Street and Winsley Street, two minutes from Oxford Circus station and four Underground lines (Central, Bakerloo, Victoria and Northern via Tottenham Court Road). Soho proper starts a few blocks south — independent coffee shops, members' clubs and post-work bars on Berwick Street, Carnaby Street and around Soho Square. Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street stations are both within ten minutes on foot, and the Elizabeth line at Tottenham Court Road puts Canary Wharf 16 minutes away. Lunch options range from quick bowls and sandwiches around Eastcastle Street to longer client lunches in Fitzrovia. Oxford Street itself handles the shopping and errands, while the broadcasting, retail and film offices clustered around the West End make this a natural base for client-facing roles.
Spaces Oxford Street occupies Mappin House at 4 Winsley Street, the side street running off Oxford Street between Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road. From Oxford Circus station (Bakerloo, Central, Victoria lines) take the Argyll Street exit, walk east along Oxford Street for two minutes, and turn left onto Winsley Street — the entrance is on the right. Reception is on the first floor; check in at the front desk and a member of the community team will direct you to your floor. Private office and dedicated desk members have 24/7 access via key card; day-pass and meeting room guests should arrive during staffed hours. There is no on-site car park; closest paid parking is Q-Park Cavendish Square, four minutes' walk away. Bike storage is available — ask reception on arrival.

Review summary
Members consistently single out the on-site community team — with Morgan, Farah, and Iman mentioned by name — as the defining strength of Spaces Oxford Street, describing them as proactive, friendly, and quick to resolve issues. The central location and a coffee shop on the floor are noted as practical advantages, and regular day-pass visitors report always finding available space. On the other hand, multiple reviewers observe that the building itself feels dated and in need of updating, and some note occasional Wi-Fi issues, stuffy booths, and insufficient power sockets. Older reviews raise concerns about billing accuracy and administrative processes.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Equipment, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

We moved into this building in September last year - and the best thing about the building are the wonderful staff who support us - in particular Morgan, Farah and Iman - they've gone above and beyond on every request, and are a pleasure to deal with - thank you!

Nice location. What really stands out is the staff. Morgan and Farah at reception are exceptional; they are always helpful, organised, and proactive. They always make sure things run smoothly and never leave anything unresolved. Their support and attitude make a big difference, and honestly I choose to come to this centre because of them.

The facilities in the building definitely need updating, as there do seem to be regular issues, but the office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas are great to use. Also, the community support team are incredibly friendly and helpful to solve issues quickly.

The building is a little dated but the in house community team (Iman and Morgan) have been the absolute best - always happy to help and support!

Work from here regularly on a global Regus pass, and always plenty of spaces, as well as a lovely coffee shop right on the floor
