Review summary
Across 54 detailed Google reviews, members describe a bright, well-positioned coworking space in one of Paris's most central and storied neighborhoods, steps from the Opéra Garnier. The location draws consistent praise as "ideally located," with strong transport links and the surrounding architecture lending a particular character to the workday. On the physical environment, members repeatedly highlight the quality of natural light and the sense of space, calling the setting "pleasant and bright" and appreciating the generally clean, well-maintained premises. The atmosphere earns positive remarks for feeling "truly spacious" and "warm," and practical amenities — a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, reliable Wi-Fi, phone booths for focused calls, and meeting rooms with notable views — round out what members find functional and comfortable for day-to-day work. Where the experience diverges sharply from expectations is in several recurring pain points. Staff and management reviews are notably mixed: while some members single out individuals like Pauline for being "always smiling, helpful," a larger number report difficulties with responsiveness and service quality. Pricing draws significant criticism, with multiple members flagging billing irregularities, including charges described as double what was expected. Noise is another meaningful gap — several reviewers note conditions that make concentration difficult. Access reliability also surfaces as a concern, with accounts of broken badges leaving members locked out of their offices. For those whose day-to-day experience aligns with the positives, the space clearly delivers; prospective members would do well to weigh the reported administrative and operational friction.
Members most consistently praise Light & space, Atmosphere, and Location. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

Superb location, beautiful premises, some of the meeting rooms with a splendid view of the Opéra Garnier... and you get the impression that Spaces is capitalizing on these advantages. But... the reception staff are often late in the morning, and not all of them are friendly or accommodating. The kitchen/coffee maker/hot water/refrigerator area on the second floor has been out of order for over a month. The doors don't close properly, there's no air conditioning... In short, the services are not up to standard.

A remarkable business center, combining quality services with particularly competitive rates. The reception team is warm, helpful, and very responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the center manager for her attentiveness, availability, and the high level of professionalism with which she answered all my questions.
