Spread across 2,790 m², the space brings together private offices, dedicated desks, open coworking areas, and meeting rooms under one roof, making it a practical fit whether you need a permanent base or a flexible drop-in desk. During sign-up, they didn’t register one of my payments, so I paid again — meaning I ended up paying twice for the same thing. I was told to sort it out with my bank, and two months later I still haven’t gotten that money back. I’ll probably get a refund eventually, but I came here to work — not spend two months chasing down a billing issue. Other than that, it’s a decent place to work. You can control the AC yourself, which is great in the summer, but I wasn’t a fan of the flickering LED lights in some areas.

The office is experiencing regular heating problems. The temperature control unit doesn't work properly. I can't heat the office for several hours at a time. Furthermore, the office is rarely cleaned, and dust covers the furniture and carpet. The door locks "electrically shock" the office, even though the receptionist insists this is "normal." This used to be a well-functioning office. Today, the standard has plummeted.
