Review summary
Across 134 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Liverpool Street Station comes through as a polished, professionally run workspace in one of central London's most connected commuter hubs, where the human element consistently outshines the address itself. Staff are by far the most talked-about aspect of the experience. Members describe a front desk team that "go above and beyond," with repeated praise for attentiveness, warmth, and the kind of day-to-day reliability that makes a workplace feel genuinely looked after. This care extends to the atmosphere more broadly — reviewers consistently describe the environment as warm, welcoming, and well-maintained, with a clean and organised feel that members find easy to settle into and stay productive throughout the day. The food and drink offering draws its own loyal following. Multiple members single out the in-house café, with one calling it "one of the best coffee teams and cafes," suggesting the experience goes well beyond a standard self-serve machine. Connectivity also holds up, with members noting reliable WiFi that supports a working day without friction. A handful of members do flag some areas for improvement. Equipment and facilities, while described by some as top-notch, attract a modest number of critical mentions, suggesting occasional inconsistency in availability or condition. Staff, too, earn nearly universal praise but carry a small number of negative signals, indicating the high standard is not always uniform across every interaction. On balance, though, the space earns its strong reputation through people and atmosphere above all else.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Equipment.

Badly serviced, always things not working, reception staff pretty useless. Pleased to have finally left and now working at a location that's professionally managed with helpful staff (and things actually work!)

Utter disgrace on our otherwise fine city! 1). Tidy up your litter and garbage, strewn over Old Broad St on a DAILY basis. 2). Your environmental policies leave a lot to be desired! Rather than replace your window plants every 3 months, try watering the plants! This behaviour is so wasteful! Attached are the plants you’ve managed kill this month alone. Environmental score - ZERO
