Spaces Koneser Building M occupies a landmark position at Plac Konesera 12 in Warsaw's Old Praga district — a former vodka distillery complex that has been transformed into one of the city's most architecturally distinctive business addresses. The space offers flexible coworking desks, private offices, and fully equipped meeting rooms suited to freelancers, remote teams, and established companies alike. A lounge area provides a comfortable alternative to dedicated desks, while car parking on-site addresses a practical need often missing from central Warsaw locations. The building sits within the broader Koneser mixed-use development, putting restaurants, cafés, and cultural venues within a short walk of the workspace entrance. The atmosphere balances a quiet, focused environment with the energy of a well-maintained, professionally staffed building. Spaces Koneser Building M is operated under the global Spaces brand, bringing a consistent service standard to a setting that is anything but generic.

Plac Konesera 12, 03-736, Warsaw, Poland
Spaces Koneser Building M sits within the Centrum Praskie Koneser — a repurposed 19th-century vodka distillery that anchors the rapidly developing Old Praga neighbourhood on the east bank of the Vistula. Old Praga has shifted significantly over the past decade: the streets around Plac Konesera now combine independent restaurants, design studios, and cultural institutions with the older residential character of the district. Ząbkowska Street, a short walk away, is lined with bars and eateries, making it easy to step away from the desk for lunch or an after-work drink. The second Warsaw Metro line serves the broader Praga area, with Dworzec Wileński station providing connections across the city. Tram and bus routes running along the nearby main arteries link the location to Warsaw's central business district in under 20 minutes. The Koneser complex itself adds roughly 1,000 parking spaces, which is unusually generous for an urban Warsaw address.

Review summary
Across 19 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Koneser Building M emerges as a well-located workspace in Warsaw's Praga district, housed in a converted industrial complex that draws members who value setting and surroundings as much as the desk itself. On the positive side, members consistently point to the atmosphere and location as the space's clearest strengths. Reviewers describe "wonderful common spaces" and praise the character of the Koneser development, with several simply noting "great location" as a reason to choose it. The coffee earns a mention as "delicious," the environment is described by some as quiet and conducive to focus, and a handful of members appreciate the mix of "very interesting people" working alongside them. Beyond those highlights, however, the evidence base tilts notably toward concern. Staff conduct is the single most-discussed aspect across all reviews, and it skews heavily negative — eight of nine mentions raise issues with service quality or responsiveness, far outweighing the one positive note of "nice and friendly service." Pricing is a consistent friction point, with members flagging steep annual increases of 15–20 percent and rates described as two to three times above comparable alternatives. Connectivity reliability also draws repeated criticism, with at least one member reporting a full day without internet. Lighting is flagged across multiple reviews — "the office is dark" appears as a recurring complaint — and cleanliness receives mixed signals. Members also note a shortage of small private rooms suitable for calls or one-on-one meetings.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Location, and Community. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

We gave office there. Good place, and an amazing infrastructure around.

A very negative experience with a coworking space (Koneser Building M). 1. No internet - the day I used the office, the internet was down from the morning, making it completely impossible to work. It's an absolute necessity in a coworking space. 2. I couldn't log in to my client account for two months, even though I received invoices and correspondence from them to the same email address. The system claimed my account "doesn't exist." 3. Level 0 IT support - it took them... two months to resolve the login issue. Two months to allow the client to log in to the portal. This is absurd in a B2B model. During this time, I was charged subscription fees, even though: - I couldn't use the office, - I didn't have access to the portal, - I had no technical means to effectively terminate the contract. After access was restored, I received a response that "everything was in accordance with company policy." If anyone is considering working with us, it's worth knowing that in the event of technical issues, the client is left to their own devices, and fees are charged regardless of the actual availability of the service. I definitely don't recommend it.
