Review summary
Across 16 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Jose Abascal comes through as a polished, well-appointed coworking destination in one of Madrid's more established business corridors. The atmosphere draws the most consistent praise — members describe the space as "really cool," with a character that feels considered rather than generic — though a small number find it falls slightly short of the warmth they hoped for. Staff earn nearly as much attention, with reviewers repeatedly highlighting attentive receptionists and a standard of service that makes visiting members feel genuinely looked after. The practical fundamentals hold up equally well. Meeting rooms upstairs and fully equipped workstations mean that members can move between focused solo work and collaborative sessions without friction. The on-site cafeteria adds a social anchor to the day, and reviewers note that cleanliness is maintained to a high standard throughout. Those who prioritise quiet concentration mention that the environment supports it, and one member singles out the terrace as an exceptional outdoor option — a relatively rare asset in the city centre. The location on Jose Abascal is described as convenient, and the surrounding neighbourhood suits the professional profile of the membership. On pricing, sentiment is mixed: a portion of members consider the rates very reasonable for what is on offer, while others feel the cost is harder to justify depending on how frequently they use the space. This is worth weighing for anyone considering a longer-term arrangement.
Members most consistently praise Atmosphere, Staff & service, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

The on-site team service at Spaces Madrid was excellent. However, the process of closing an account with Regus is a complete scam. Beware: We've been trying to close our accounts for over a year. Despite contacting them more than 20 times, they drag you into endless bureaucratic red tape, don't answer, and above all, invent problems to keep using your card. A total disaster. We're already initiating legal action because this is one of the biggest scams, and from what I'm reading here, we're not the only ones. This is going to be a long process, and we'll take you down, you pirates!
