Modern, clean, comfortable, and multi-functional workspace. Has several zones suitable for different styles of working and relaxing, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, (paid) coffee machine (better off going local), cutlery and plates, and a dining area. Music can sometimes be quite distracting at times and the office has been a little cold in the winter, but for the price absolutely deserves 5 stars.

(Please read all it gets better) I have been renting an office at Hammersmith Spaces for a year and a half now. I was considering moving my business at one point as I was not happy with quite a few things. The air conditioning system wasn't working well - which meant the building was freezing during the winter. Reception were very unprofessional, and my clients were often complaining about this. The building was pretty empty, and they were struggling to rent offices out. Since the new reception team and building manger have taken over I have to say its been fantastic here and I do not have a single bad word to say about the service I receive from Spaces. They have become like friends to me and are so accommodating with my needs, as well as my client's. The temperature in the building is perfect and people are no longer needing to wear their coats and scarfs in the business lounge area. The building is getting busier and it's so nice to see more people here, and have made many friends and great contacts. Marc (the current building manager) has been very proactive and made lots of positive changes, as well as been open to clients suggestions - such as organising fun events in order to create a community vibe. And, the reception team, Mo and Yasmine, are the best and are always there when you need them. I couldn't thank them enough for all their help and support!! I now love welcoming my clients into not only such a beautiful building but also a very professional space, and I intend to keep my business here for as long as possible!
