Review summary
Across 30 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Ealing Aurora comes through as a professionally run coworking address on Ealing High Street, well connected to local transport and offering onsite parking for those who drive. The dominant theme throughout the reviews is the staff — particularly AJ and Vitoria, who are mentioned by name across multiple accounts and praised for their attentiveness and warmth. Members describe a "genuinely comfortable and friendly environment" that extends beyond simple desk provision, with the team consistently credited for making people feel welcome and part of a community. The high-street location draws consistent praise for its convenience, with travel hubs nearby making the space accessible for commuters. The in-house coffee offering from Kolly Coffee is singled out as a notable perk, and members appreciate the range of meeting room options available to suit different working needs. Where the reviews are more measured, a few recurring themes emerge. Equipment reliability and overall cleanliness receive a notable share of critical mentions, with some members flagging that the physical workspace does not always meet expectations. Pricing draws mixed signals — while some describe it as competitive for what is on offer, others feel the cost is difficult to justify given the occasional shortfalls in facilities. A handful of members also raise concerns about certain staff interactions, suggesting the experience can vary depending on who is on shift. Noise levels, while generally considered manageable, earn at least one cautionary note for those seeking consistent quiet focus time.

I had a very disappointing experience here with Dr Sahib Memon. I had a confirmed appointment at 11:15 (clearly stated in my booking confirmation), but I was made to wait almost an hour without any proper explanation. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time, and it disrupted the rest of my day and plans.😠 Additionally, for such a large facility, there is no proper parking available. I had to park my car nearly half a mile away and walk to the location, which was extremely inconvenient.👎 Overall, the poor time management and lack of basic facilities made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place, especially if you value your time and convenience.

Cannot fault AJ and Vitoria at Ealing Aurora. They go out of their way to make the office feel like a genuinely comfortable and friendly environment, always greeting you with a smile and making sure everything is taken care of. They bring a real sense of warmth and professionalism to the office and it does not go unnoticed. Brilliant people, brilliant service.

Ideally located on the high street with travel hubs close by. I travelled in from London as had to visit family and needed space to work. From my booking early on to arriving and being met with a friendly and professional team on site to being shown the facilities, it was all done effortlessly and the environment with the coffee shop was good. Will be using again next time I am in the area

Avoid at all costs. as someone has already mentioned below. Their lifts dont work most of the times. people have been stuck inside lifts for hours. Toilets are out of service. They will charge you extortionate amounts when you try to leave. We were there for a year and they charged us £900 for end of tenancy and another £1100 for cleaning charges. Beware their sales manager is all about trying to sell you as much as he can and will lie to you to get you signed on. Stay away from this building. It is a horrible experience.

Awful facilities, lifts regularly broken, toilets consistently out of service etc. They overcharge a lot so make sure you haggle at least 20-30% off their base asking price. Oh and they lie about dilapidations, you can return the office back with white walls and clean carpets, but they will always charge around 50% of your deposit as a “cleaning fee”. No cleaning was done before I moved into my office (walls were dirty, stains on the carpets) and no cleaning was done after I left! They just charge you £1000s, give it a hoover and then lease it to the next person. I would not recommend and I would stay away. “Sunk cost fallacy” is something you will understand once you move in here!!!
