Review summary
Across 43 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Baker Street comes through as a well-located, professionally run workspace in one of central London's most recognisable neighbourhoods, drawing solo workers and small teams who value a polished environment close to transport and amenities. Staff are by far the most frequently praised element, mentioned across the widest range of reviews. Members describe the team as consistently attentive and welcoming, with one reviewer noting simply that "the staff have always been excellent" — a sentiment echoed throughout the feedback. Cleanliness runs a close second, with the building and shared areas regularly called out as well maintained. The atmosphere also resonates with members who work there regularly; several describe a genuine sense of ease and comfort, with one writing "I really feel at home when I come to this co-working space." The Baker Street location draws consistent praise for its proximity to cafes, shops, and strong transport links, and the rooftop balcony is flagged as a welcome seasonal bonus. Where the space differentiates, it does so through its neighbourhood convenience and the reliability of its on-site team rather than through any single standout amenity. Honest gaps do emerge, however. Pricing — particularly for coffee and add-ons — draws repeated criticism, with several members describing costs as difficult to justify. Accessibility, including the bathroom arrangements, is flagged as a practical frustration. Noise levels receive mixed signals, with some finding it harder to focus than expected, and a handful of reviewers flag slow or unreliable internet as a recurring issue.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

This Spaces office is clean enough, however their bathroom situation is very poor. They only have 2 handicap enabled, gender neutral loos for the entire office to use. It gives you the same feeling an airplane toilet on a crowded plane on a long haul flight with a queue lining up out the door.

I've worked in a lot of different regus/spaces offices up and down the country but Baker Street is my favourite. The reception team are lovely and are always super helpful and accommodating with clients. The office space is light with good/clean kitchen facilities on every floor. There's coffee and snacks available to purchase at reception and the location is great with lots of cafes/shops on the doorstep. In summer there is a balcony area on the rooftop so you can escape from the office and catch some rays! Easy access from either Baker Street or Marylebone station and NP car parks nearby. I would definitely recommend!
