Review summary
Across 54 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Amstel comes through as a well-appointed, light-filled workspace in a convenient corner of Amsterdam, sitting directly in front of Amstel station and drawing members who value easy transit connections alongside a polished interior. The everyday experience is defined by atmosphere and physicality. Reviewers consistently mention how modern and bright the space feels, with designer furniture and well-thought-out cubicles that make daily work genuinely comfortable. The overall atmosphere is described as pleasant and calm, and the meeting rooms earn a mention for being neatly and practically furnished. A convenient on-site lunch option adds to the sense that the day-to-day experience is largely self-contained. A few elements stand out beyond the basics. The rooftop terrace is noted as a welcome bonus, and the location immediately beside Amstel station is one of the most frequently cited reasons members chose the space in the first place. On-site staff are generally described as friendly and approachable, which contributes to the welcoming tone members associate with the place. That said, the reviews surface some gaps worth noting. Staff responsiveness draws a minority of critical comments alongside the praise, and food and drink options, while appreciated, occasionally disappoint. Accessibility earns mostly positive marks but a small number of members flag friction points. More pressing for some are cleanliness concerns — a handful of reviewers mention finding mouse droppings — and at least one member reports unreliable wifi and mobile connectivity, which are fair considerations for anyone dependent on a stable connection.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

The facility is nice and staff onsite is friendly. The back office support is the worst i have ever experienced. They could not find the credit card payment I made after uploading bills 5 times and 2 month later they are still trying to figure it out. It’s very unprofessional.

Interesting older office building that was renovated and transformed some time ago into a modern open office environment where temporary, co-working, or even permanent workspace can be rented, hence the name. Featuring very nice cubicles, designer furniture, lighting, a rooftop terrace, etc...
