Soho Works 180 Strand occupies one of London's most architecturally striking addresses — a landmark Brutalist building on the Strand where the City meets the West End. Membership starts from £300/month and requires no Soho House membership, making the polished Soho House aesthetic genuinely accessible to any professional or creative. Every membership tier includes daily breakfast and global coworking access across all Soho Works sites, so your desk here is a passport as much as a workspace. The social calendar runs consistently: regular networking events, supper clubs, and creative sessions fill 12 hireable event rooms across 5,000+ sq ft, with capacity for up to 200 guests. Day-to-day, expect a podcast room, quiet areas, fast Wi-Fi, a welcoming reception, and a dog-friendly policy that feels deliberate rather than incidental. After Hours and Off-Peak memberships mean the space works around your schedule, not the other way around. Rated 4.7 on Google.

180 Strand, WC2R 1EA, London, United Kingdom
Soho Works 180 Strand sits at the boundary of Temple and Aldwych, slotting neatly between the City's financial core and the cultural pull of the West End — a location that suits both a morning court filing and an afternoon gallery visit. Temple Station (Circle & District lines) is a two-minute walk from the main entrance on the Strand. Holborn Station (Central & Piccadilly lines) is roughly ten minutes on foot, expanding your tube options considerably. Victoria Embankment gardens run along the Thames just south — useful for a lunchtime reset away from traffic. Covent Garden's restaurants and cafés are within easy reach to the north-west, while Fleet Street's historic corridor extends east. Multiple dining options sit immediately around the building, and several green spaces cluster near the Temple tube entrance, as regular visitors tend to note unprompted.

Review summary
Reviewers consistently praise Soho Works 180 Strand for its stylish, spacious interior and strong creative atmosphere, well-suited to focused work, networking events, and team meetings. The ground-floor co-working area draws praise for comfort, and the rooftop terrace with city views is a notable highlight. The café and breakfast offering receive enthusiastic mentions, and the location close to Temple tube station is appreciated. However, staff quality emerges as a recurring concern: several reviewers describe interactions as indifferent, unhelpful, or rude, which stands in contrast to the impressive surroundings. One reviewer also noted that a meeting room suffered from pipe noise and inadequate soundproofing.

Our meeting room had a sewer downpipe and we could hear flushing water all through our meeting. The rooms are not soundproof so we heard others laughing and cheering throughout. No decaf coffee offered, which was a shame, although the other refreshments were very good.
