Review summary
Across 17 detailed Google reviews, members describe a polished, high-floor office environment in the heart of the City of London, with the kind of elevated views and central address that make a strong impression on visitors and daily workers alike. The most consistently praised aspect of the everyday experience is the staff, with many members noting that the team is "professional, friendly and consistently helpful" — though a notable share of reviewers also report frustrations with responsiveness and follow-through on requests. The location draws straightforward praise, with members appreciating easy access to the City and sweeping views across London. Those who use the space for focused work mention the quiet atmosphere as a genuine draw, and reviewers point to clean surroundings and modern facilities as reliable constants. The atrium space receives a mention as a pleasant setting, and food on-site is generally considered decent. Where this space stands out is in its address and the seniority of its setting — the upper-floor positioning gives the space a character that members on client-facing work find valuable. The honest gaps are meaningful, however. Several members flag significant price increases over time and describe meeting rooms as expensive relative to expectation. Wi-Fi reliability draws repeated criticism, with at least one member noting service was cut before their contract ended. Access logistics — including delays in receiving keys and passes — frustrate a portion of members, and the limited number of phone booths is noted as a practical shortcoming for those needing private calls.

Worse place ever. I do not advise you to take a coworking space here. Firstly I wasn’t given keys and pass till after two months and I was definitely charged for those times. Secondly the key to my coworking desk I asked they said they would provide me with a new desk. I have emailed several months no one responded. I emailed them today the staff front desk was friendly enough to try to help but they are insisting I cannot early terminate my contract despite not having to use the desk for 5 months because no key and paying my rent all through. I am really disappointed at this service and trying to work this out now with my company lawyer because this is such a sham experience. My contract clearly states I can early terminate upon not having access to the coworking space I have paid for

We have been using Regus facilities for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service. The staff are professional, friendly and consistently helpful when it comes to organising additional arrangements. As a mobile notary practice, the flexibility of the Regus network is extremely valuable, allowing us to meet clients conveniently across different locations in England and Wales. We highly recommend Regus to any business looking for reliable office facilities and professional support. The quality of service has remained consistently high over the years.
