Schöne Büros, aber schlechter Service - Mehrfach habe ich mich über mangelhafte Reinigung des Büros beschweren müssen. Statt einfach zu putzen, wurde jedes Mal erst einmal ein Ticket aufgemacht. - Mitten im Videocall gab es auf einmal kein WLAN mehr. Unangekündigt fanden mitten am Tag Wartungsarbeiten statt. - Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es dauerte Monate, bis diese endlich ersetzt wurde. - Seit 10 Monaten wird eine zu hohe Miete eingezogen. Ständig werde ich vertröstet, ohne dass der Fehler bisher korrigiert werden konnte.
