Servcorp Canary Wharf occupies the entire 18th floor of 40 Bank Street, one of London's most recognisable Grade-A towers — and the views announce it immediately. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames a panoramic sweep over the Thames and the City from a granite reception area staffed by bilingual receptionists who handle calls, guests, and correspondence as a natural extension of your team. Private offices are fully furnished and ready to occupy on flexible monthly terms, with daily cleaning, high-speed Wi-Fi, phone booths, meeting rooms, and an in-house IT team eliminating setup friction entirely. The building itself is sustainably engineered — solar panels, rainwater recycling, and high-performance glass cladding — giving credentials that matter to modern businesses. Step-free access and high-speed lifts serve every level. With a 4.5 Google rating and consistently praised front-of-house staff, Servcorp Canary Wharf delivers a prestigious financial-district address with the operational depth to match it.

Servcorp sits inside one of Canary Wharf's landmark towers, placing you squarely in Europe's premier financial district — home to global banks, international law firms, and major professional services headquarters. Jubilee Park is directly opposite, offering a rare patch of green in the heart of E14, while Jubilee Place shopping mall is on the doorstep with restaurants, bars, cafés, and convenience stores. A post office and major bank branches are within a five-minute walk. Transport connections are exceptional: Canary Wharf Underground (Jubilee and Elizabeth lines) is a two-minute walk, and Canary Wharf DLR station is equally close — connecting you to Bank, Stratford, and London City Airport without changing. From Heathrow, the journey in is roughly 40 minutes by tube. Crossrail's arrival via the Elizabeth line has further reduced journey times across London, making the address genuinely central for clients and colleagues coming from any direction.

A clean, modern, and well-designed office space in the heart of Canary Wharf. It’s quiet, professional, and easy to work in, with great transport links and plenty of nearby food options. Practical rather than flashy, but ideal if you want a reliable, focused office environment. Great view from the office. The team here are so professional, polite and very helpful and supportive for the businesses. Highly recommend them.

I would like to draw the attention of the higher authorities: Ref: Servcorp, Canary Wharf Branch, London. My rent was already active and I was paying it regularly. Then the rent was increased in April 2025. After that, the increased rent was raised again in September 2025, and once more in October 2025. Why is this happening? Why is no email or notice issued before raising the rent? I would like to understand why my rent is increasing repeatedly without any proper communication. I emailed the responsible department on 5th October and have called several times over the past 3 weeks, including today. I spoke with the Manager once, and she said she would look into the matter. After that, there has been no response from the Manager. In this situation, can anyone claim that there is minimum standard service here, or is it simply taking money from people without accountability? I would like Servcorp’s incident/issue investigation team or the appropriate department to monitor this matter closely. If a client visits your office once and receives this kind of experience, they will not come back a second time because no one wants to knowingly return to a problematic situation. You should maintain a proper official system. You are increasing the rent, yet you are not sending even a simple notification email. You are breaking all standard rules and continuously taking extra money month after month in the name of rent increases. What is this?

Amazing offices, spacious with incredible facilities on hand. What makes the daily experience even better than spaces we've utilised in the past are the wonderful staff, namely Ozzie and Edie. They are incredibly attentive, and on hand throughout the day to answer any queries we may have, nothing is ever too much trouble for them! I would recommend the team here highly.
