Schloss Office is an owner-run workspace on the third and fourth floors of a corner building with a glass facade, operating since 2016 on more than 1,000 m². It is not a franchise: Schloß 110 Management GmbH runs the floors itself and rents to freelancers, small teams and companies. You choose between an open-space desk, a fixed place in a shared office with a few colleagues, a lockable private office or a business address with mail handling. Every room has daylight. Conference rooms in several sizes come with a screen and whiteboard and can be booked by the hour or day; soundproofed phone booths keep calls out of the open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee, tea and water, fridge and dishwasher, and wired and wireless internet run in all rooms. Tenants get their own key or chip card for 24/7 access; the reception is staffed Monday to Friday from 9 to 17. Google reviewers praise the owners' support and the atmosphere.

Schloss Office sits on Schloßstraße in Steglitz, one of the main shopping streets of Berlin's south-west. Shops, restaurants and cafés are within a few steps of the door, which makes lunch and errands easy. The U9 station Schloßstraße has direct access into the building, so you can reach the office without going outside, and buses stop right in front. The S-Bahn at Feuerbachstraße is about nine minutes on foot. If you drive, the A100 motorway is roughly five minutes away and the building has a paid underground garage; bike racks sit next to the entrance. The area is busy during shopping hours and calmer in the evenings.
