cocreation.loft is a member-run coworking community occupying a generous loft space inside a former chocolate factory on Schinkestraße in Berlin-Neukölln. cocreation.loft sits on Schinkestraße in Neukölln, one of Berlin's most characterful inner-city neighbourhoods. The closest transit connection is Schönleinstraße (U8), a short walk away, putting the space within easy reach of Kreuzberg, Mitte, and the rest of the city via the U-Bahn. The immediate area along the Landwehrkanal is well stocked with independent cafés, bakeries, and lunch spots — useful for members who like to break up the day outside the office. Reuterkiez, just to the south-east, adds a dense concentration of restaurants, bars, and food markets. Bike infrastructure in the neighbourhood is strong, which aligns well with the space's bike storage offering. The former chocolate factory building itself sits within a small cluster of creative and light-industrial spaces that have made this stretch of Neukölln a low-key hub for independent workers and small studios.

Seit November letzten Jahres ('24) schätze ich mich glücklich teil der CoCreation-Community zu sein! Denn das ist es, eine wirkliche Gemeinschaft. So viel mehr als nur ein Ort zum Arbeiten. ...der alleine beeindruckt auch bereits. Große Räume. Viel Platz zum Arbeiten, denken, schreiben, zusammenkommen, austauschen oder Ruhe finden, und kochen (! ;) Fühle mich in den Räumen und mit so vielen tollen Menschen wie in einem wohligen Zuhause! Für das Miteinander und die eigene Arbeit ein absoluter Mehrwert :)

Ich bin seit fast drei Jahren Mitglied dieses fantastischen Coworking-Spaces und könnte mir mein Leben in Berlin ohne ihn nicht mehr vorstellen. Klingt kitschig, aber so ist es nun mal. Die geräumigen Räume laden zum Nachdenken ein und die Community ist einfach spitze – hier findet sich garantiert jemand, der auf jede Frage, ob beruflich oder privat, eine Antwort weiß. Ich bin Kommunikationstrainerin und habe zusammen mit der Veranstaltungsreihe „ignite“ einen kleinen Abendseminar zum Thema Gewaltfreie Kommunikation organisiert. I‘ve been a member of this amazing coworking space for almost three years now and I couldn’t imagine my life in Berlin without it. Sounds cheesy, but that’s how it is. The spacious rooms make it easy to think and the community is the best - somebody surely knows the answer to any question you might have, business or otherwise. I‘m a communications trainer and together with the event series „ignite“ we hosted a small evening session on nonviolent communication.
