SBC Universitat occupies the sixth floor and penthouse of the Forcadell building on Plaça de la Universitat and is one of seven Barcelona centres run by Centros SBC. Its 800 m² hold 39 private offices for two to eight workstations and four meeting rooms, with a panoramic view over the square. In the penthouse, the TOP CITY area adds five offices with their own private terrace. The offices come furnished and ready to move into, each locked with its own access code, and clients share a spacious lobby and waiting area, a kitchen area and a common terrace looking out over the city. Ultra-fast internet, all utilities, daily cleaning, printing and vending are part of the service; standard access runs from 7:00 to 21:00, with 24/7 access as an option, and there is a 24-hour car park in the building. The centre also offers virtual office and registered-address services. Prices are not published; SBC sends rates for the whole office on request.

If you receive registered letters, complaint letters, etc., from a "company" that rents you the spaces...it's best to investigate and stop offering them the service, right? I don't know, I'm just saying...because of their reputation...which gets tarnished!
