Review summary
Across 41 detailed Google reviews, Regus Westbahnhof comes through as a well-run professional workspace in one of Vienna's well-connected transit hubs, drawing solo workers and small teams who value reliability and a welcoming atmosphere. The team is by far the most frequently praised aspect of the experience. Members describe a "highly competent and friendly" staff who are consistently attentive and responsive, a quality that surfaces repeatedly across reviews and appears to set the tone for the whole space. The location earns strong praise in its own right, with members highlighting easy access via excellent public transport connections that make the daily commute straightforward from across the city. Coffee and refreshments also get a nod, with several members singling out the quality of the coffee as a small but appreciated daily touch. Beyond the essentials, members point to clean, well-equipped offices, bright workspaces, and a calm, quiet atmosphere that supports focused work. Those looking for occasional connection also mention the availability of meeting rooms and community networking events within the broader IWG network as useful additions to the offering. A few notes of caution do appear. Pricing draws mixed signals — while at least one member cites excellent value, another finds the cost less justifiable, suggesting it may depend on the specific plan or office configuration chosen. Staff experience, though overwhelmingly positive, carries one critical note, a reminder that expectations around service can occasionally go unmet. These are minority views, but worth factoring in when assessing fit.

Regus is not to be trusted, they only want you to sign the contract and after this you cannot be heard anymore. They do not care.

Actually, it's a good office with friendly staff. However, I must advise everyone to be extremely cautious when signing a contract with Regus. We rented an office as a temporary solution for two months. In our last invoice, we received an invoice for "office renovation." This amounted to 50% of the monthly rent. However, in those two months, we haven't even moved a single desk in this office. The amount of this exorbitant fee isn't even mentioned in the contract or the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we now have to seek legal advice.
