Review summary
Across 16 detailed Google reviews, Regus North Gate comes across as a professionally managed coworking address in one of Warsaw's well-connected business districts, where the human element consistently overshadows everything else members mention. Staff are by far the most talked-about aspect of the experience, drawing praise across the overwhelming majority of reviews. Members describe a team that goes out of its way to be helpful and accommodating, with one reviewer summing it up as "very, very friendly service." This warmth shapes the day-to-day atmosphere in a way that several members call out independently, noting a genuinely collegial and welcoming feel that is not always a given in larger coworking centres. The location earns its own cluster of positive mentions, with members finding it well-suited for client meetings and straightforward to reach, and the workspace itself is described as well-equipped for standard professional needs. What distinguishes this space in member accounts is less about a single headline feature and more about the consistency of that staff-driven experience — reviewers return to it repeatedly as the reason they would recommend the space. A few gaps are worth noting. One member flags a noise issue, pointing to a situation where another user spoke loudly without regard for those trying to concentrate, suggesting focus conditions can vary. Pricing also draws a quiet reservation, with at least one reviewer indicating the rates feel steep relative to expectations. Neither concern dominates the reviews, but both are worth weighing.

Offices are nice, kitchen quite spacious (no microwave though which is weird). But coworking area is a joke - it’s right next to reception, no wall or anything. You hear reception lady conversations all the time, she talks loud and doesn’t care about anyone trying to focus there. I guess a separation wall should be put there or something
