Regus Torre de Cristal occupies the 18th floor of one of Spain's most recognisable skyscrapers, placing businesses inside the Cuatro Torres Business Area — Madrid's premier corporate district. Floor-to-ceiling windows deliver panoramic views across the city, while the contemporary interior brings in ample natural light throughout the working day. The centre offers private offices, coworking desks, and fully equipped meeting rooms serviced by a professional, attentive reception team. On-site facilities include a cafeteria, restaurant, lounge area, vending machines, showers, and a gym — covering everything from a quick coffee break to a full midday workout. Car parking is available in the building, and the space is fitted with disabled-friendly equipment, making it accessible to a broad range of professionals. Whether hosting client meetings or settling in for focused deep work, the address carries the prestige of Torre de Cristal's skyline position and the operational reliability of the Regus global network.
Paseo de la Castellana, 259C,18th Floor, Torre de Cristal, Cuatro Torres Business Area, 28046, Madrid, Spain
Torre de Cristal stands within the Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA), Madrid's northernmost and most prominent corporate cluster, located along the upper stretch of Paseo de la Castellana. The four landmark towers — Torre Cepsa, Torre PwC, Torre de Cristal, and Torre Sacyr — define this district, which is home to the headquarters of major Spanish and international companies. The area is well served by public transport: the Cuatro Torres station on Metro Line 10 sits directly beside the towers, and several EMT bus routes link the district to the broader city. Northbound commuters from Plaza de Castilla and Chamartín station can reach the CTBA in minutes. The surrounding streets include corporate restaurants, hotel dining, and retail services catering to the business community. IFEMA Madrid's convention centre and the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu are both within a short drive, making the location practical for event-heavy itineraries.
Torre de Cristal is owned by Mutua Madrileña, the Spanish insurance group. The 249-metre skyscraper was designed by architect César Pelli and completed in 2008. Regus operates its business centre on the 18th floor of the tower as a tenant, offering coworking and office space independently of the building's ownership.
Review summary
Across 91 detailed Google reviews, members describe a polished, high-rise workspace in the heart of Madrid's Cuatro Torres business district, where the setting alone leaves a strong impression. The aspect that dominates the evidence by a considerable margin is the quality of the staff. Reviewers return to this theme again and again, with phrases like "impeccable service" and "excellent staff" appearing across accounts from a wide range of members. The team is consistently credited with making day-to-day work feel smooth and professionally supported, which appears to be the single most defining feature of the member experience here. Meeting rooms draw the next strongest cluster of praise, with members highlighting both their quality and the standard of customer service that accompanies them. Equipment also earns steady positive mentions, suggesting that the practical infrastructure meets professional expectations. The spaces themselves are noted for abundant natural light, and several reviewers specifically mention the views, with one describing "incredible views and a great atmosphere" — a combination that members seem to regard as genuinely elevating the working day rather than merely decorative. Where the experience falls short, pricing is the clearest friction point. A handful of members raise concerns about cost, with at least one referencing billing practices that felt inflexible over a longer contract period. This thread of criticism is modest in volume but consistent enough to be worth weighing for those on tighter budgets or shorter commitments.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Meeting rooms, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Value for money.

I've worked at Regus - Torre de Cristal several times, and the experience has been quite positive overall. The building is impressive, and being on one of the upper floors with so much natural light makes the workspace very pleasant for daily use. The meeting rooms are well-equipped and suitable for professional gatherings, making it a good option for businesses that need a more formal image. Customer service is good, and they usually try to resolve any issues quickly. As for the more administrative aspects, such as invoicing, taxes, or deposits, it can be a bit complex at first if you're not used to these types of services, although it becomes easier once you get used to it. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a professional space in Madrid with good facilities and a modern environment. Perhaps some processes could be simplified, but the overall experience is quite satisfactory.

Regus Logroño: You've defrauded my partner. She signed a pre-contract, and a month before the contract was due to start, she closed the business due to solvency issues. I'm sending you a written notice of termination. You're still going to charge for the two years without offering any solution. The only response you've given me is that since you're a multinational, you don't care about us and you're going to charge us. Thanks for stealing 2,000 euros from us. It seems like a small company with little solidarity.

The offices are excellent, and the meeting rooms are great too. The reception staff are very helpful and make our lives much easier when we need anything. I highly recommend it.
