Regus Sterling House occupies a dedicated workspace building on St Georges Road in Wimbledon, offering flexible coworking desks, private offices, and meeting rooms within a single professional address. The facility is newly fitted, with modern equipment and well-maintained common areas including a lounge, making it a practical choice for sole traders, small teams, and remote workers who need a reliable base in south-west London. On-site staff provide day-to-day support, handling requests and ensuring the space runs smoothly — a notable asset for members who need more than just a desk. Meeting rooms can be booked separately, giving businesses the flexibility to host clients without committing to a permanent office. Sterling House, 6-10 St Georges Road,Wimbledon, SW19 4DP, London, UK
Sterling House sits on St Georges Road in Wimbledon, one of south-west London's most well-connected district centres. Wimbledon station — served by London Underground (District line), National Rail services to London Waterloo, and Tramlink connections toward Croydon — is a short walk from the building, making commutes from across London and Surrey straightforward. The surrounding area carries the character of a busy town centre: a broad mix of cafés, restaurants, and independent shops lines the nearby streets, giving workers plenty of options for lunch or after-work catch-ups. Wimbledon's residential hinterland also means quieter streets immediately adjacent to the workspace, which can make the daily commute feel noticeably less pressured than central-London equivalents. The All England Club and Wimbledon Common are within easy reach for those who value green space during breaks.

Great local location, friendly staff (especially Gulshan). Usually nice and quiet. Would like a cold water fountain.

Our experience at Regus Wimbledon has been extremely disappointing, particularly coming from a positive time at WeWork. The main issue arose at move-in: the space had a different layout to the floor plan we were shown when we signed. As a result, our planned fit-out had to change, which carried additional cost for us. The solutions the team proposed didn't, in our view, fairly reflect that the discrepancy wasn't of our making, and we haven't received any compensation or meaningful acknowledgement. More broadly, resolving any issue tends to become a formal case or ticket that can take weeks to conclude. Several members of the Regus team have been in touch to gather feedback and suggest solutions, and as individuals they have always been courteous and professional. Our difficulty has been with the processes they're working within, which we've found rigid and slow rather than geared towards resolving things practically. On the day-to-day experience, occupancy on our floor is low and the shared facilities are limited — there's no proper seating or eating area and no microwave, for example. We've also found that most amenities sit under separate terms and tend to appear as additional charges on the monthly bill, so it's worth reading the detail carefully before committing. For anyone considering Regus Wimbledon, I'd recommend confirming the exact layout and floor plan in writing, and clarifying which services are included versus billed separately, before signing. Several other great options in the area to consider.

I recently moved my business to Regus and couldn't be happier with the experience so far. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests, also facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained :) Fair rates and great support. I highly recommend Regus for a professional workspace.
